# Staging

Staging is the final step in the testing process. During this stage, you’ll likely have a staging environment – one that mimics real-world conditions and is running the latest version of your game.

### Stress-test during your staging

Staging is your final chance to make sure that your game will run smoothly on launch day. So use this opportunity to stress-test it. If you’re making a multiplayer game, try and get as many players to connect as possible. Make sure that your servers can handle a huge surge.

Building a multiplayer game? Gameye hosts dedicated game servers: ship your server as a Docker container and start one per match with a single API call, in a region near your players.
